Incredible customer service, Wayne helped us with our viewing and purchase. Was never pushy in a sale and helped us get the best price for a part exchange. He never forced anything upon us (extra warranty etc), sent all the information via email and let us review and decide if we want extras at our own leisure.
The car was fully valeted and checked over before being released to us. We cannot thank Chris W Roads and Wayne enough!

Follow up from my purchase. I have had a couple of issues with the car since collecting a month ago. The heater matrix and ABS sensor needed replacing. The service Manager Crews dealt with both issues extremely efficiently and despite a long round trip twice repairs were carried out swiftly. We had a polite welcome from beginning to end. Everything was explained about the process. The assurances given to ensure the vehicle was at its optimum best was proven with documentation confirmed that the vehicle had been serviced and prepared by Chris w Road own engineers. Outstanding Dealership.
From the initial phone call with Martin (who actually returned a call of mine, a rarity these days) to the collection of the vehicle, the whole process was seamless. With a 2.5 hour journey to the dealership I wanted as many questions answered as possible before driving so far. Every question I had was answered fully and honestly giving me all I needed to make a distant decision. We arrived to collect the car and were looked after as soon as we arrived. We were given time to look over the car, which was immaculately presented, without any hassling and sent off on a predetermined test drive route, map in hand, and left alone to test the car. This is how dealers should sell cars!

We are delighted with the car but, I have noticed that the heater is warm one side and cold the other. I emailed the company and had a very swift call back from Cruz, the Service Manager. Another really nice guy who puts customers first. We have booked the car in for a few hours in a couple of weeks time and although it means 5 hours drive for me, Cruz will ensure that the repair will be completed and is ordering parts in, just in case they are needed. That's what customer service looks like......poor dealers, take note!

We plan to change my Wife's car at some point in the future and we will be coming back to this dealer to source the car.

Refreshing , no pressure sales as most places are now , forcing extra warrantees etc,none of that here , you are made aware of what is available but no hard sell. All work done as promised, would recommend and will look on their site first for any other purchase needed.

Over the last few years I've had some bad experiences with car dealers and my faith has dropped to rock bottom. But before trying the private sales road I decided to try chris roads.
I was given a very warm welcome on arrival and offered a drink.
Good point.
I was given as much time as I wanted to look around the car on my own, then take it for a test drive alone.
Another good point.
After stating my interest I was taken through all the extras they offered, but at no point did I feel pressured.

I took out a years warranty for peace of mind.
If I ever needed to make a claim all I need to do is contact Chris roads and they would deal with everything. The repairs, the bills, curtesy car if needed, dealers, everything.

Martin is one of the few car salesman I would reccomend to friends & family, he even pointed out future problems (ie timing belt in 12 months time) and a thorough check of car and Inde[pendent MOT to ensure fairness.
